These loans are typically one year loans. They allow you to buy the property, renovate it, and sell it within the year or when the loan comes due.

If you want to purchase a property, hold onto for it more than 6 months, and rent it out for profit, this is the loan for you.

Portfolio loans allow you to purchase or refi five or more properties under an LLC or trust.
